Site work for a road / highway in Alhambra, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The Work consists of the issuance of Work Orders for the removal and replacement of metal beam guard railing; construction of terminal end anchor systems; and the performance of other appurtenant work at various locations within the unincorporated areas of North Los Angeles County as shown on the map included as Enclosure Aherein at the end of this Section G. The Contractor will be assigned work throughout the duration of the Contract throughthe issuance of a Work Order for work to be performed at a specific location. The duration of the Contract shall be one year or until $1,000,000 of expenditure occurs, which ever comes first. In no event shall the Contract Price of $1,000,000 be exceeded. The minimum cumulative amount of Work Orders to be assigned to the Contractor will be $50,000. The Agency reserves the right to not issue additional Work Orders once this threshold has been reached.
