29 February 2024 Amendment 3: The reason for this amendment: Update section F. on Addendum to 52.212-1. All other terms and conditions remain the same. 26 February 2024 Amendment 1: A site visit will be scheduled for 7 March 2024 at 9:00 AM CDT. The meeting location will be: 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron 350 Tully Street, Bldg 90339 Hurlburt Field, FL 32544 Contractor shall provide the company name, each person's name/phone number to Marla Alejo at marla.alejo@us.af.mil and Scott LeBlanc at scott.leblanc.3@us.af.mil not later than 12:30 PM CDT on 5 March 2024. HurlburtField, FL has visitor control procedures requiring individuals not affiliated with the installation to obtain a visitor pass prior to entrance. Please plan accordingly so that you obtain your visitor passes prior to the site visit time. Please bring the following documents to be processed in the visitor center: 1. Driver's license 2. Vehicle Registration 3. Proof of Auto Insurance Please note that this is the only site visit for this solicitation. The 1st Special Operations Wing at Hurlburt Field, FL has a requirement for grounds maintenance at Hurlburt Field, FL. The contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Hurlburt Field in a manner that will promote growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. This is a follow-on requirement that will consist of a one year base period and four one year option periods. FAR clause 52.217-8 will be utilized to extend the contract if needed.
