This Market Survey/RFI was amended on 5 March 2024 at 8:14am EST to include both the Questions and Answers, and the Fort Belvoir Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Program Bulletin #1: SWM and ESC Compliance Requirements. Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is releasing this Request for Information (RFI) to identify prospective sources capable of design/build projects specific to an exterior space equal to ~ 4.000 sq. ft. in accordance with (IAW) NMUSA Design/Build - Statement of Work Specifications. Please see the RFI attachment and SOW for further details. Please note all questions are due by 28 February 2024 at 04:30PM EST and all answers will be posted no later than 05 March 2024 at 4:30PM EST. The RFI shall close on Friday, 8 March, 2024 at 5:00PM EST.
