The Work includes site protection, removals, saw cut pavement, curbs, and walls, core drilling, excavation, temporary sheeting, borrowed fill, broken stone, miscellaneous iron & steel, sand, full depth asphalt pavement, cement concrete pavement, concrete curb, reconstruct & patching of concrete surfaces, geotextile, catch basin silt sack, jute mesh, television inspection for drain lines, clear existing storm/sanitary sewer pipe, inspection and reconstruction of drainage infrastructure, Installation of green infrastructure subsurface detention systems, installation of new drainage pipe, installation of new benches, and landscape restoration work. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in an amount and type specified in Schedule A. The bid security shall assure the City of New York of the adherence of the bidder to its proposal, the execution of the Contract, and the furnishing of Performance and Payment Bonds by the bidder, if such Payment and Performance bonds are required. The City of New York has revised the form of the performance bond that is required for City construction Contracts that exceed $5 million. The form of bond required for Contracts that do not exceed $5 million has not changed. The City's payment bond remains unchanged. The Cost Estimate Range is between $3,000,000.00 - $5,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Anticipated Contract End Date: 8/26/2025
