The Lincoln County Highway Department is seeking to purchase approximate 35,000 tons of asphaltic material (LT Mix, PG 58S-28 and MT Mix, PG 58S-34) for WisDOT, County Road and Town Road projects. Some of these projects are part of the LRIP, TRI, and CHI programs. Due to budget constraints and potential price increases for AC effect on State, County and Local Budgets, quantities of HMA may differ from RFP requested amounts. Projects may be delayed, cancelled or abbreviated. All requests for interpretations or corrections must be received by the Lincoln County Highway Commissioner no later than February 29, 2024 at 12:01 pm. Requests for interpretations and responses will be sent to all vendors that have requested and/or received the bid documents by 4:00 PM on March 7, 2024. If you discover any ambiguity, inconsistency, or error in the bid documents or specifications, you must notify John Hanz, Lincoln County Highway Commissioner, 100 Cooper Street, Merrill, WI 54452, in writing or via email at (john.hanz@co.lincoln.wi.us). Only interpretations or corrections made in writing by the Lincoln County Highway Commissioner are binding.
