CR Number: 2106671 NYCHA is currently accepting applications for Asbestos Services Pre-Qualified List (PQL) program for the Environmental Consultant/Third Party Air Monitoring: Investigations for Asbestos-containing Materials; Investigation of individual vacant and occupied apartments, public spaces within apartment buildings and possible filing of an ACP-5. Project/Air Monitoring of Asbestos Abatement Projects; Monitoring of asbestos abatement projects of vacant apartments and at Activity Centers. Air Monitoring of minor asbestos abatement projects. Asbestos Abatement: One-day asbestos abatement projects of vinyl asbestos tiles in vacant apartments. Multi-day asbestos abatement projects of vinyl asbestos tiles and textured ceilings in vacant apartments. Asbestos abatement projects of public spaces within apartment buildings. One-day asbestos abatement (minor) projects of a series of apartments affected by a gas line replacement project. Asbestos abatement projects at Activity Centers. Specific timeframes and additional specifications for each project will be outlined in solicitations. Additional licensing, experience and certification may be required.
