Reference Number 0000343635 Roof Replacement Sheldon School The project scope includes removal and replacement of the roof at Sheldon School - 44649 Michigan Ave. Project location: Sheldon School, 44649 Michigan Ave, Canton, MI The undersigned agrees to commence work within 10 days of award of the contract and to fully complete the total project within 30 calendar days or as mutually agreed upon by the owner and Contractor. The undersigned understands that the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding. The project scope includes removal and replacement of the roof at Sheldon School - 44649 Michigan Ave. PROJECT SCHEDULE Work can commence immediately once the timeline is approved by the Facilities Maintenance Department Head. SPECIFICATION o Attached are the technical bid specifications that must be followed for this project. o Bids should be line itemed. o Labor o Materials o Must pull all Township required permits. o Include all equipment and rentals. o Contractor to be responsible for all demolition and disposal costs. o All schedules must be approved by the Township Project Manager. o Any deviation from these specifications must be approved in writing by Canton Township. o The Contractor must be fully licensed and insured to perform the work.
