The purpose of this request is to procure lightning masts that meet the exact requirements as detailed in the specifications and drawings packages. The new lightning masts must be specifically designed to ensure the safety of commercial space flights and meet the highest standards of quality and durability. The successful completion of the project necessitates the availability of modification and specification designs, as outlined in Attachment C. To obtain said attachment, interested parties are required to submit a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) to Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority. A guideline on the submission process is detailed in section IV of this document. Visitors are required to obtain a NASA Wallops Flight Facility (WFF) Visitors Pass for site access.
