Renovation of a mixed-use development in New Lexington, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Workforce Development Partial Roof Replacement Project. The owner is seeking separate options for either a Built-up Modified Bitumen roof system with a 30 year warranty (Option A) or a Single Ply Membrane roof system with a 20 year warranty (Option B). The architect s estimate for Option A is $198,000.00 and the estimate for Option B is $180,000.00. Each bidder is required to furnish a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company licensed in Ohio to provide said surety. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates. This project is tax exempt. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. The owner intends and requires that this project be scheduled to start on June 1, 2024 and be completed by June 30, 2024. Bids shall be subject to the condition that the right is reserved to hold bids for a period not longer than 30 days after date of opening and/or to award at any time during the period. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items and/or to award to the lowest and most responsible, responsive bidder. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received.
