Renovation of a municipal facility in Madison, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Madison is building a new City Administration Building at 503 S. Highland Ave. in Madison. Construction on this project has begun and is slated to be completed around November 2024. Interested bidders must provide a bid on the requirements listed in the Instruction to Bidders documentation. New surveillance and security system. Upon shipment of the completed equipment, the Supplier shall submit to the Owner a detailed statement of the equipment shipped and installed. The Owner shall, within thirty (30) days after delivery receipt of the material and associated invoice, pay the Supplier ninety percent (90%) of the contract price of the material. The Owner shall within thirty (30) days after final completion, field assembly, testing, record drawings, final documentation, and certification by Director, pay the Supplier the remaining ten percent (10%) of the contract price. All materials shall be delivered by the dates set in the Specifications. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to defer acceptance of any bid for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days after the date bids are received and no bid may be withdrawn during this period. The Board also reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
