The Owner has established a contract performance time of 30 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice-To-Proceed. All project work shall be substantially completed within the stated timeframe. This project is subject to liquidated damages as prescribed within the Project Manual. A. A Bid Bond for the full amount of the Bid issued by a surety licensed to do business in the State of Ohio, or B. A certified check, cashier s check or letter of credit. Letter of credit shall be revocable only at the option of the Owner. The amount of the certified check, cashier s check, or letter of credit shall be equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. Performance & Payment Bond. The successful bidder will be required to furnish separate performance and payment bonds each in an amount equal to one hundred (100) percent of the contract price at the time of contract execution.
