This report addresses Phase I of the development plan which includes approximately one-third of the eastern portion of the overall tract. Phase I of the plan will include underground utility corridors, concrete roadway pavements, a portion of the planned East Lake Houston Parkway, a 26-acre stormwater detention pond, an outfall drainage channel with outfall structures at both ends, a water treatment plant, and a wastewater treatment plant with a lift station.
