The Washington Township Board of Education (The Board) is soliciting bids for Lawn Care Service for the 2024- 2025 year. Maintenance services should include, but not be limited to: 1.) Weekly grass mowing, trimming and edging of perimeters for ten (10) school locations. Perimeters of each location are to be determined by the Operations Manager 2.) Include sidewalks and curbs in assigned areas 3.) Disposal of all debris in approved dumpsters located on school premises. (Not Recycling Cans) Bid prices shall be firm and not subject to increase during the period of the contract. The contract term will be July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 based on tentative Contract Award at the March 2024 Board Meeting.
The Lawn Care Service Agreement shall include all labor, equipment and materials to provide lawn mowing service to the ten (10) school locations provided. Maintenance services are to be provided for the 2024-2025 school year during the months of July 1, 2024 through October 31, 2024 and will resume from April 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025 The Washington Township Board of Education (hereinafter referred to as the Board) is soliciting Bids for Lawn Care Service often schools. The specifications are intended to cover the provision of all labor, material and equipment necessary for the required Lawn Care Service Agreement. Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials and services required even if not specifically enumerated in the Specification.
