The City is seeking Tenders to provide the following Goods and Services in respect of Annual asphalt paving work at various locations throughout the City. Question Deadline: Thu Mar 7, 2024 11:59:00 PM (EST) Duration in months: 6 Provides that if the City accepts the Bidders Tender, the agreeing party shall guarantee that the Bidder shall carry out the Bidders obligations under this RFT to provide a fifty percent (50%) Performance Bond and a fifty percent (50%) Labour and Material Payment Bond Bid Surety 1. Each Bidder shall upload to the Citys Electronic Bidding System with its Tender a Bid Surety which: a) Is in the Bidders own name; b) Is in a form satisfactory to the City; c) A Bid Bond from a Surety Company authorized by law to carry on business in the province of Ontario, as approved by the City of Guelph; d) Includes the Corporation of the City of Guelph as the obligee; e) Is for a term of at least forty-five (45) calendar days after the Closing time; and f) Is in the amount of $200,000.00
