The University of Louisiana at Lafayette reserves the right to reject any and all bids. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Wednesday, March 13, 2024 5:00PM All inquiries regarding this request shall be directed to the Director of Purchasing at (337) 482-2955 or purchasing@louisiana.edu. 1. Demolish existing animal cage systems, domestic water piping, selected doors, hydraulic system with piping, lighting fixtures, HVAC ductwork and supply grilles. 2. Remove existing paint from concrete walls, floor, ceiling, support beams, and columns. 3. Install concrete block sealer, two (2) coats. 4. Install new chain link cage system with re-installed chute systems. 5. Install new doors and locks as indicated on plans. 6. Install new domestic water piping system including animal watering devices (WD), and hose bibs (HB). 7. Install new vapor proof lighting including timers and new circuits. 8. Install sheet metal caps over existing support structures.
