The deadline to ask questions is 3/04/2024 5:00 PM CST Questions must be asked via www.civcast.com Water Plant No. 1: The work includes, but is not limited to, blast and recoat the interior of Ground Storage Tank No. 1; replace the roof's manway hatch of GST No. 1; recoat overflow flap valve on GST No. 1; replace equalization valve packing, packing gland follower and recoat on GST No. 1; replace and recoat level probe flex conduit on GST No. 1; blast and recoat interior of GST No. 2; replace roof's manway and weir hatches in GST No. 2; replace interior perforated water well fill line in GST No. 2; touch-up manway hatch coat on GST No.3; touch-up overflow weir coat in GST No. 3; touch-up interior ladder coat in GST No. 3; replace four (4) discharge header gate valves; blast and recoat Booster Pump No. 3 discharge piping; touch-up coat HPT No. 1 drain line flange; touch-up HPT No. 2 coat interior threaded connection; replace Water Well No. 1 vent screen; seal wall penetration in the Chlorine Room; apply protective coating to gate operator security cage; remove and replace the Generator sump drain line, multiple security straps, fuel piping, and conduit floor mounts; and replace the Chlorine Room conduit and conduit straps. The project is located at 13255 Longwood Trace, Cypress, Texas 77429. For construction contracts $50,000 and over but less than $250,000, the bidder shall submit a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. For construction contracts over $250,000, the bidder shall submit a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the bid bonds payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 calendar days from the date bids are open.
