Question, Answer and Clarification Deadline Feb. 27, 2024 12:00 pm (EST) (Email wmoody@collegeparkga.com) The City of College Park (City) is accepting proposals from qualified, licensed and insured contractors to provide a bid to replace two (2) heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) rooftop units (RTU) at the Emergency Complex (Police Department). All minority, woman owned, and small business owners are strongly encouraged to submit a proposal for this solicitation. The contract will be awarded to the most responsive offeror, not always the lowest cost, that are determined to meet the requirements and criteria set forth within the solicitation. The City of College Park reserves the right to reject any or all bids based on past performance and to waive technicalities and informalities and re-advertise.
