Renovation of a swimming pool in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of an indoor swimming pool.
Plans call for renovations to an existing pool bathhouse. Last day of Questions (end of Day) 2-27-2024. The City may at any time, as the need arises, order changes within the scope of the Work without invalidating the agreement. If such changes increase or decrease the amount due under the Contract Documents or in the time required for performance of the Work, an adjustment may be authorized by a cost event or change order. The Contractor must assert any request for an adjustment to the contract price, performance schedule, or both, in writing no later than 10 days from the Contractors first knowledge of the change, or its right to assert such request for equitable adjustment shall be considered waived. Under no circumstance shall any pending request for adjustment or dispute excuse the Contractor from proceeding with its performance, as changed. The Owner, in its sole discretion, may receive and act upon any request for equitable adjustment at any time before final payment
