ADA Door Keypad Installation Services SCOPE OF WORK A. The intent of this Agreement is for the Contractor to provide the installation of interior and exterior ADA Keypads for accessibility at the EDD facility located at the abovereferenced address in accordance with the following: 1. The Contractor will install ADA Keypads at five (5) doors located throughout the first floor of the building, three (3) requiring fob access for the push pads, and which comply with industry standard technical, operating, and safety features. 2. Provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to install the ADA Keypads in accordance with Attachment A-2, Floor Plans. 3. Ensure all necessary precautions and procedures to prevent damage to any areas at the work site are followed. Provide necessary protective materials around the work area. Payment Bond The Contractor shall provide a Payment Bond to accompany contracts, STD. 807, in a sum not less than 100% of the total amount payable under the terms of this Agreement, if the Agreement exceeds $25,000. A public works contract is defined as "an agreement for the erection, construction, alteration, repair or improvement of any public structure, building, road or other public improvement of any kind." The EDD reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
