The Department of Water Resources (DWR), Division of Engineering, invites qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). The services to be provided will be architectural, engineering and landscape architectural services for building facilities projects involving various DWR owned or leased buildings and various State Water Project facilities in California, from Red Bluff to Lake Perris. The focus of the Contractor's work will be architectural services needed for tenant improvements. In addition, LEED services, access compliance (including ADA) evaluations, civil engineering and landscape architectural services may also be needed in conjunction with the contractor's architectural services for tenant improvements and to support DWR building projects. The specific work and deliverables are identified in Exhibit A, Description of Services, and will support the Division of Engineering's Structural Engineering Branch. Estimated contract value $1,000,000 - $5,000,000. The Contractor will provide architectural and landscape architectural services for building facilities projects involving various DWR owned or leased buildings and various SWP facilities in California, from Red Bluff to Lake Perris. The focus of the Contractor's work will be architectural services, especially tenant improvements. In addition, landscape architectural services may also be needed independently to support DWR building projects. The types of projects involved are: a. Provide architectural and landscape architectural services for projects including building tenant improvements. The tenant improvement projects will involve DWR owned or leased buildings. b. Provide architectural services for the analysis and design of new buildings and repairs/modifications to existing buildings. c. Provide access compliance (including ADA) evaluation of department owned facilities. Type of facilities may include: i. ii.
