The Oldham County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 03/06/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Submit written requests to the Architect for clarification of any part of the Contract Documents, for interpretation and correction of any ambiguity, inconsistencies, or errors therein. All interpretations and corrections will be included in the Addendum, issued by the Architect. The Bidder's written requests shall be forwarded to James Kleingers, The Kleingers Group, 1100 Envoy Circle, Louisville KY 40299, (502) 365-9950 or jim.kleingers@kleingers.com. Written requests may be forwarded up to 2-calendar days before the final Addendum is distributed. The final Addendum will be distributed 6-calendar days before the Bid Date. Only a written interpretation or correction by Addendum shall be binding. No Bidder shall rely upon interpretations or corrections given by any other method. Project consists of asbestos abatement of and demolition of an existing unused school building. Demolition will include utilities, walks and pavements within the project area shown on the construction drawings. Site will be regraded after demolition and seeded. New fences and gates at existing drives are included.
