Water Treatment Chemicals Bids shall be firm FOB destination price for the purchase, delivery, and unloading of water treatment chemicals at the Peace River Facility located in DeSoto County as set forth in the Bid Documents. All bids are to be a firm price for the period through April 30, 2025. All questions related to this Invitation to Bid shall be directed in writing via email to procurement@regionalwater.org using "Bid Question - Water Treatment Chemicals" as the subject line. Questions asked/answered will be periodically posted to the Authority's website and online. The final cut-off date/time for all questions shall be February 23, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. EST. Questions received after the scheduled cut-off date/time for submission of questions will go unanswered. The Authority reserves the right to reject all responses and not grant any award resulting from this solicitation. The Authority also reserves the right to waive nonmaterial irregularities and technicalities. If awarded, no contract will be formed between the respondent and the Authority until a contract is executed by both parties. The Authority reserves the right to reject any nonconforming, unresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids. Event Bid description: Bidders shall provide a single electronic file in searchable PDF format of the bid submittal via email to procurement@regionalwater.org. The submittal must include: (1) The completed and signed Bid Form, E-Verify Affidavit and Public Entity Crimes Statement (2) evidence of authority to sign the bid form on behalf of the business entity, and (3) Affidavit of compliance with the American Water Works Associations standards and the Technical Specifications provided in the Contract. All bids must be delivered on or before the deadline provided above and must state "Response to Bid: Water Treatment Chemicals" as the subject line of the email.
