Site work, remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; theater / auditorium; for the remodel of a library; stadium; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
On February 13, 2024, the 2024 Bond-Proposition 1 was passed by voters. Totaling $111.4 million, Proposition No. 1 includes a new two-story building for Clyde Boyd Middle School to house all of the district's seventh- and eighth-graders, interior upgrades to the middle school's existing auditorium and gymnasiums, a new handicapped-accessible entrance to the Central Administrative Services Building in downtown Sand Springs and a $2.6 million renovation of the press box at Charles Page High School's Memorial Stadium. Other site-specific projects within Proposition No. 1 include new roofs for Charles Page High School and Garfield STEAM Academy, playground improvements at four campuses, new marquees at two elementary schools and remodeling the library at Limestone Technology Academy. The proposition will also pay for districtwide investments, including technology and curriculum needs for all campuses, new fire and security panels and new kitchen equipment for the Child Nutrition Department.
