The piping insulation elbow and T-off insulation contain asbestos to be removed as bag method 3. New domestic water piping to be insulated and jacketed (in exposed areas). 4. The new linear pipe expansion joints to be installed completed with guide and anchoring system. (hot and hot water recirculating line) 5. The recirculating hot water line system loop to be balanced, report to be provided. 6. The existing T-bar ceiling grid or ceiling panels to be removed and reinstalled or replaced as required to execute the domestic water piping upgrades work. 7. The existing T-bar ceiling system in the some work area to be removed and disposed from site. New fire rated ceiling grid and tiles to be provided and installed at the same height 8. Existing A/H#1 unit complete with ductwork, piping, pump, control to be removed from corridor ceiling space. All services to be made safe. 9. Remove and install new hydronic heating CUHs and convectors with new control. 10. The existing lighting fixtures, some fire alarm devices and other electrical devices to be removed and reinstalled as required to the existing or new ceiling assembles to execute the domestic water piping upgrades work. The new lighting fixtures LED type to be provided complete with control. The fire alarm smoke detectors to be replaced with new product. Fire alarm devices recertification will be required, report to be provided. 11. The existing lighting fixtures to be removed and replaced with new LED product and control. Provided rated T-bar ceiling panels above new lighting fixtures. 12. Existing PA speakers to be removed and replaced with the new system. 13. Perform any other work as required by this contract.
