The principal features of the work to be performed under this contract involves labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as specified for the demolition of existing HVAC equipment and all associated asbestos abatement, and the installation of new HVAC equipment and all associated electrical work. Your bid shall be based upon a Notice to Proceed to be issued in the third quarter of 2024.
