The principal features of the work to be performed under this contract involves labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as specified for the demolition of existing HVAC equipment and all associated asbestos abatement, and the installation of new HVAC equipment and all associated electrical work. Your bid shall be based upon a Notice to Proceed to be issued in the third quarter of 2024. existing HVAC ductwork, the installation ofnew equipment, including 2 new unitary units, 1 energy new
recovery unit, 2 new split systems complete with interior units, a new humidifier, a new water heater and
filter,, 1 new exhaust fan, 7 new ceiling fans, concrete pads for the unitary and split system exterior units,
and modifications to the existing gas service.
