Renovation of a municipal facility in New York, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
*As of September 24, 2025, this project has been cancelled.* The Office of the District Attorney of New York county is seeking a qualified Control Systems Contractor to supply and install a Building Management System (BMS) that will manage specific mechanical and lighting systems within DANY-occupied space at 80 Centre Street and 100 Centre Street. Bidders must provide the following with bid: proof of registration/certification as an Authorized Controls Integrator and Building Control Specialist; must have WEBs contractor certification; must have Niagra N4 and CIPER certification for a minimum of six (6) staff members. Provide new BMS system. b. Provide new BACnet controllers along, temperature sensors & associated wiring. c. Provide new AHU controllers including but not limited to new low voltage wiring from existing air handling units sensors to new controllers. d. Provide 120v/24v power transformer to provide low voltage power to new controllers & control equipment. e. Provide new wall mounted BACnet data enclosure to house new controllers, transformers. New enclosure shall house120V power receptacle which will be provided by the Owner. f. Connect existing HVAC equipment controllers or mini BMS systems to new BMS system. g. Connect existing lighting control panels to new BMS system. h. Connect existing heat/ leak detectors to new BMS system. i. Provide & route new data cables & associated conduit from new controllers to the network switch. j. Provide & route new low voltage wiring & associated conduits from new temperature sensor to the new controller. k. Provide the fire stopping at all conduits penetrations. l. Cut, patch and paint floor, walls, ceiling as required after demolition of existing control panels, thermostats, wiring, conduits & installing & providing new control panels, thermostats, temperature sensor, wiring, conduits etc., as required to match adjacent surfaces. m. Coordinate phasing & sequencing of work with owner, other trades & existing conditions. n. Coordinate demolition and new work with existing conditions & owner.
