Site work and paving for a road / highway in Warren, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
CR Number: 2106764 The project will consist of the rehabilitation of 1 mile of Little Lakes Rd in the town of Warren. Work will consist of, but is not limited to, removal of existing shoulder material, overlaying the existing road with 2" of stone subbase and the full-depth reclamation of the existing surface and overlaid subbase. Four (4) sections of the road, approximately 1625'total, will be built up after the full-depth reclamation with subbase course (approximately 1'-2') to improve the profile of the road. An additional 4" of subbase will be laid over the entire roadway prior to paving binder (2") and top course (1.5") of WMA. Ditches will be established to provide positive drainage, eleven (11) culverts will be replaced/installed with new SICPP culverts. Intersections and driveways will be regraded with subbase to match the new road surface and finished with stone subbase or asphalt to match the existing surfaces. Contract term: 2024 Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the gross amount of the bid The bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish performance, payment, and guarantee bonds from an acceptable Surety Company for an amount not less than 100% of the accepted bid. This project is subject to the provision of Chapter 605, Laws of the State of New York of 1959, Section 103-A of The General Municipal Law and subsequent amendments.
