As of May 30, 2024 this project was awarded to Great Northwest Inc., but the awarded amount is not available Proposed Land Use Permit for LAS 34895 for temporary asphalt plant within designated material site ADL 419633, located at MP 237 Richardson Highway GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Designated material site, ADL 419633, DOT MS 71-0-004-2 located at MP 237 Richardson Highway, also known as the 236 Pit. REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Great Northwest Inc. has requested to set up an asphalt plant within the above referenced material site as a construction support site for DOT project #0714024 Richardson Highway MP 233 Bear Creek Bridge Replacement. This site would operate as a staging area to set up a temporary asphalt plant for paving operations. GNI and DOT have current material sale contracts within the designated material site.
