Aside from parts and materials, the Vendor shall provide all services and tasks not specifically mentioned here but necessary for complete maintenance and reliable operation. The Vendor shall obtain any required licenses and permits for the maintenance work without additional expense to MAC and provide all maintenance work according to best industry practices and in a timely and efficient manner. SOLICITATION INQUIRES Question Deadline 03/07/2024 Vendors shall promptly notify MAC's designated purchasing representative, Sallie Karels, in writing via e-mail, at sallie.karels@mspmac.org of any ambiguity, inconsistency or error which is discovered upon examination of the Requests for Proposals documents no less than seven (7) days prior to the proposal. Telephone inquiries or unsolicited visitation by Vendors or their representatives will not be responded to. SCOPE OF WORK Any deviation from this Request for Proposals must be clearly indicated by the Vendor, otherwise the Proposal will be in strict compliance, and the Vendor will be held responsible. Therefore, when brand name or manufacturers' numbers are stated in the specifications, they are intended to establish a standard only and are not restrictive unless the Solicitation states: "No substitute". Proposals will be considered on other makes, models, or brands having comparable quality, style, workmanship, and performance characteristics. Alternate Proposals must meet or exceed the original specifications. Vendors MUST RSVP, via e-mail, the following information for the representative(s) that will be attending the conference and tour: First, Middle and Last name, DOB, and what company you're representing. E-mail to: sallie.karels@mspmac.org on or before February 27, 2024. Security Checkpoint Information: Stop by the Information Booth near the west end of the Hub Tram station (located on the Tram Level) to obtain security passes to attend pre-proposal meeting. At the Information Booth, you will be asked to complete a security checkpoint access form and show valid, government-issued photo identification, such as a driver's license. Take your completed security pass with you up two floors to the security checkpoint on the Ticketing Level. Show your pass to security checkpoint personnel. You will be screened just as if you were traveling. Passes are only valid for the purpose of attending public MAC meetings on a particular date at a particular time. Once through security, proceed to the left toward the Airport Conference Center at the end of the Airport Mall on the Mezzanine Level above the Stone Arch restaurant. Use the stairs or elevator to go up one level. For more information, call 612-726-5555.
