Renovation of a water / sewer project in Woodbridge, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Provide all materials, equipment and labor necessary for the construction of Nottoway Water Storage Tank (WST) Partial Rehabilitation. The work includes, but is not limited to the o Tank interior caulking and surface pits repair. o Interior Wet surface repairs, abrasive blasting, and coatings. o Interior and Exterior dry surface: cleaning, power tool cleaning, surface preparation, and coatings at welded locations. o Modify two (2) Roof Manway for bowl access. o Replace existing Interior wet ladders. o Install thermal probe bracket supports. o Provide new roof rigging ports. o Remove painters' rail. o Replace roof vent. o Replace Overflow Pipe Weir Box. o Install new Interior Wet drainpipe to existing overflow pipe, clean, power tool cleaning, surface preparation and coating of pipe and welded locations. o Replacement of Interior Dry center hub drain including drainpipe replacement and realignment. o Provide stainless steel Cable Fall Protection assemblies on ladders at wet location. o Replace and or reinforce Compression Ring. o Reinforce roof railing. o Tank Disinfection and Hydraulic testing. o Waste management. o Demobilization and Close-out. o Two-Year Warranty Question Deadline 03/01/2024 at 2:00 PM ET : Submit questions, in written form only, to Procurement Officer (Mikyong Rogers) at SAProcurement@pwcsa.org
