This RFP is not a contract offer, and no contract exists until a written contract is signed by the Town and the successful proposer. It's the sole responsibility of the contractor/ vendor to check the Towns website for any addenda. All inquiries regarding this request shall be answered up to the close of business on March 14, 2024, after which time no additional questions will be accepted. To ensure consistent interpretation of certain items, answers to questions the Town deems to be in the interest of all bidders will be made available on the Town website via addenda.
