Question Cuttoff Date & Time 3/10/2024 11:00:00 PM (ET) The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking bids for; Review of and diagnosis of the existing heating unit on the north end of the Grimes RCE building located at 2300 SE 17th Street, Grimes, IA 50111. Awarded contractor will need to fully identify the scope of work for the heating unit. Review existing heating unit at office for other problems. What is known is the capacitor and blower need to be replaced. Contractor will need to assess & identify any other issues with the heating unit. Please see RFB FY2024 #211 Plan Documents located under the Attachment tab for additional resources. Work to be done during regular work hours and days M - F 7:00 - 3:30 Estimated start date -Upon issuance of award Estimated project end date- 05/01/2024 Please post all questions before the question cutoff deadline of 03/10/2024 at 10:00PM CST.
