Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Mandeville, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Project Scope includes the removal of the existing 6" ductile iron force main that runs from Jackson Avenue to Fontainebleau State Park under Bayou Castine and replacing with an 8" HDPE pipe via horizontal directional drill. Scope also includes all tie-ins, fittings, asphalt patching, PCCP, and items incidental to achieve this project scope of work. This payment is refundable to bonafide bidders returning the Documents in good condition within ten (10) days after the Opening of Bids. Duplicate copy can be a photocopy. All applicable laws, ordinances, and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over construction of the project shall apply to the Contract throughout.
