Cochise County, hereinafter referred to as the County, through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the State of Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) will accept bids from qualified firms for a housing repair located at 515 E. Fremont Street, Tombstone, AZ 85638. Cochise County ("COUNTY") is issuing this Invitation to Bid ("ITB"") to obtain competitive vendor pricing in the open market in compliance with A.R.S. 41-2533 concerning competitive sealed bids. This solicitation will result in the award to a single vendor determined to be in the best interest of the County. This is a federally funded project which requires the awarded vendor to be registered and verified online.
