The Corinth-Alcorn County Joint Airport Board is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from engineering and planning consultants for services associated with the Corinth-Alcorn County Airport for a period of five (5) years. Specific projects anticipated in the short term include, but are not limited to pavement rehabilitation, runway & taxiway lighting and vault upgrades, drainage improvements, runway rehabilitation, upgrade utilities, existing hangar restoration and new hangar construction. Future projects may include design and construction of runways, taxiways, aircraft parking aprons, terminal upgrades, auto parking and access roads, utilities, lighting, approach and navigational aids, signage, security systems and fencing, hangars and terminal buildings, and possible fuel farm or truck bay upgrades. In addition, the preparation of preapplications, applications, Airport Layout Plans or Master Plans, feasibility studies, environmental assessments, Airport Capital Improvement Plans (ACIP) and other projects as the Corinth-Alcorn County Joint Airport Board may direct. In addition, the Corinth-Alcorn County Joint Airport Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the Owner. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
