Range : Under $50,000 To be responsive, a bid must include a bid guaranty equal to 5% of the amount bid. (When calculating the bid amount for purposes of determining the 5% value of the bid guaranty, a bidder shall include its base bid amount, plus the amount bid for alternate and supplemental bid items, if any.) *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
