Reconstruction and widening project to include pavement, pedestrian facilities, lighting, and pavement marking improvements. 52nd Street would be extended as a two-lane ditch roadway from Century Ave to Gold Dr. $750,000 in one-cent sales tax for 52nd St extension. $2,000,000 in NDDOT Flexible Funding awarded to this project. As of Feabruary 7, 2025, the general contractor has been selected. Construction slated to begin Spring of 2025. However, the firm construction and completion timelines have not been identified.
