The Nokomis Township Trustees are soliciting bids for the mowing, trimming and spraying of two cemeteries, Scandinavian and Woodlawn, located in Nokomis Township. Both cemeteries are located near Alta, IA. The bid will be for a two-year period. The winning bidder will supply all mowers, sprayers, tools, labor and any additional equipment needed to complete the jobs. The Trustees will determine the timing of the mowing, trimming and spraying, with special emphasis around Memorial Day, the Fourth of July and Labor Day. o General Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance providers. Certificates will be required. o List of equipment that will be used. o Minimum of two references from current and/or prior clients. o Proof of commercial pesticide applicator license. The Nokomis Township Trustees reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids submitted.
