Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Greensboro, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The projects will consists of Chip Seal, Deep Patching, & Resurfacing of 21.33 miles of various County Roads. The Projects also include Striping, Stop Bars, and Traffic Control. PRL SB2024-08 Thru SB2024-11 (SPLOST) Shoulder Building: The Projects will consists of Grading, Hauling, Compacting, Sweeping, Hydro-Seeding and Traffic Control. The Contractor can excavate the dirt, from our borrow site, to build the shoulders. The qualified Contractor must have their own Excavator. Vegetation must be established on all (4) Roads, totaling 11.95 centerline miles. The Greene County Board of Commissioners Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Bids. The work to be done consists of the furnishing of all equipment, labor, and materials for the complete construction of: LMIG: Deep Patching, Chip Seal, Mill Tie-Ins, And Plant Mix Resurfacing of 21.33 miles of County Roads. Includes Striping, Stop Bars, And Traffic Control. SPLOST: Build 3' Shoulders, With Permanent Vegetation. Includes Grading, Hauling, Compacting, Sweeping, Hydro-Seeding, And Traffic Control. A pre-bid conference for all bidders will NOT be held. Having examined the plans and specifications with related documents and the site of the proposed work, and being familiar with all of the conditions surrounding the construction of the proposed project, including the availability of materials and supplies to construct the project in accordance with the contract documents, within the time set forth herein, and at the prices stated below, proposes to enter into a Contract with Greene County to provide the necessary machinery, tools, apparatus, all materials and labor, and other means of construction necessary to complete the work. The undersigned proposes to furnish and construct the items listed in the attached Schedule of Items for the unit prices stated.
