Substation Improvements The general nature of the work on which bids will be received consists of: Furnishing and installing concrete foundations, conduit, steel riser structure, power cable, control cable, insulators, jumpers, and connectors at the City of Paullina Substation. The project includes grounding, bus work, assisting in the installation of an Owner-furnished shelter aisle control enclosure and switchgear, and the removal of existing substation equipment no longer needed.
