Site work for a water / sewer project in New Rochelle, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of New Rochelle is seeking bids to supply all labor, equipment, and administrative support to permanently close and remove twelve (12) above ground storage tanks, located at 224 East Main Street, New Rochelle, New York, 10801. (New Rochelle Municipal Yard) All work must be completed within 30 days of approval of the work permit issued by WCDOH. Prevailing Wage All vendors submitting bids are required to conform to all current NYS prevailing wage laws, the City has applied for and has received a PRC number for this project, which has been included with this document as an attachment (Exhibit C). The successful vendor(s) is/are responsible for complying with all current labor rates and regulations throughout the duration of any contract resulting from this document. Current rates are available by calling the NYS Department of Labor at (585) 258-4505.
