Corrugated Metal Pipe Bid deposits/Bonds must be in the exact amount as stipulated in the bid. The Vendor/Contractor or his sub-contractor or contractors, shall maintain and keep in force of this Contract such worker's compensation insurance limits as required by the statues of the State of Missouri and Employer's Liability with limits no less than $500,000.00. Bids and all related documents will only be accepted in the English Language. The County reserves the right to negotiate the contract for two (2) additional one-year term with the written consent of the awarded vendor. If the contractor/vendor requests an increase in compensation for any renewal period, the vendor shall notify the Office of Contracts and Grants no less than 60 days prior to the end of the contract period. AMOUNT Up to $100,000.00 per term, for total amount not to exceed $100,000.00 for the term,
