The purpose of this RFP/Q is to conduct a complete Zero-Hour Overhaul of the City's cogeneration genset equipment consisting of a Guascor Model SFGLD360-892 (Serial #273442) engine and Leroy Somer LSA49.1, 4-Pole Alternator (generator) (Serial #307121/1) located at the Hill Canyon Treatment Plant (HCTP). The Proposer who is awarded a contract will load and transport the engine and generator to their facility where a Zero-Hour Overhaul will be performed according, but not limited to, the Scope of Work described below. The genset equipment will be transported back to HCTP where the awarded Proposer will work alongside a City-hired contractor to install and commission the genset equipment into service.
