Tri-Cities Assertive Community Treatment (ACT). Design and renovation of an existing retail or office space to meet the needs of the clinical program(s) as outlined in the Functional Program. TIMELINE: A Request for Proposal to provide prime architectural consulting services for the project was previously issued and had closed. The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage environmental and condition assessment consultants (where and if required). Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant (architect) and Sub-Consultants will include but not limited to: civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, RCDD, code, acoustic, building envelope (if required), door hardware, quantity surveyor and BIM (as required for value added service), as required to provide full scope coverage to deliver a successful project. Further update in fall 2024, pending selection of a preferred proponent.
