The scope of work on the above listed streets in the former Town of Fergus, now with the Township of Centre Wellington includes: Soil Excavation, Rock Excavation, Granular Base, Hot Mix Asphalt, Storm Sewer, Watermain, Sanitary Sewer, Traffic Signals, Pedestrian Cross Over, Concrete Curb and Gutter, Concrete Sidewalk, Underground Hydro/Utilities and Street Lighting. Phase 1 (2024 Construction) work comprises of the reconstruction of St. David Street North (Highway No. 6) from St. Andrew Street to 50m north of Garafraxa Street. Phase 2 (2025 Construction) work comprises of the reconstruction of St. David Street North (Highway No. 6) from 50m north of Garafraxa Street to Edinburgh Avenue. 2026 Construction work comprises of structure/water valve adjustments, surface asphalt paving and line painting from St. Andrew Street to Edinburgh Avenue.
