Installation and Maintenance ofSoil Erosion and Sediment Control measures. Clearing, grubbing and removal of trees. Milling, Excavation and grading as required throughout the project. Installation ofAggregate Base, Hot Mix Asphalt Base, and Hot Mix Asphalt Surface Course. Traffic line striping. Shaping, grading, top soiling, seeding and installation ofstraw mulch in all areas adjacent to the work area disturbed by the Contractor's operation. All other work of any type or description necessary for completion ofthe project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. OLD TURKEY SWAMP ROAD AND SILOAM ROAD INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS for the removal of the existing Old Turkey Swamp Road intersection at Siloam Road and the construction of a new intersection at an alternate location along Siloam Road. Associated site work includes but is not limited to grubbing, clearing and tree removal at the newly proposed intersection location and within the immediate surrounding area; approximately 1,200 square yards of full depth roadway construction consisting of dense graded aggregate base course, asphalt base course and surface course; site grading; ancillary traffic striping and signage; landscaping and site restoration. All proposed work is located at and around 55 Siloam Road (Block 112, Lot 1) which is a Freehold Township owned parcel at the intersection of Old Turkey Swamp Road and Siloam Road in Freehold Township, New Jersey 07728 Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specification, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and "Bid Title, Name and Contract" on the outside, addressed to the Purchasing Agent at the address above. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L.1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.; N.J.S.A. 19:44-20.5 et seq.
