As of April 8, 2024 The project is awarded to Adroit Construction but no amount provided Logos Public Charter School ("Logos"), an accredited Oregon public charter school operating pursuant to ORS Chapter 338 and under a Charter Agreement with the Medford School District, is requesting proposals from qualified and responsible contractors for Construction Manager / General Contractor ("CM/GC") services relating to the construction of a one-story building approximately 16,750 square feet and associated parking as part of the Logos' Learning Center and Performance Arts Building Project ("Project"). Additional details regarding the Project and the services sought are included in Logos' Request for Proposal ("RFP") and exhibits thereto. It is imperative that proposers check Logos' website regularly for addenda, clarifications, and other notifications that may be pertinent. The Agreement is for a Public Work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 or the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148). Owner Rights: Logos may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements and other applicable law and may reject any or all proposals in whole or in part when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of Logos, and at no cost to Logos. PROJECT PROGRAM The Owner's Program for the Project consists of: A one-story free-standing building encompassing approximately 16,750 square feet. One large Study and Performance Room with backstage and dressing rooms; music room with three warm up rooms, men's and women's bathrooms; registrar; storage rooms; lobby; administrative office; and multiple flex offices. Associated off-street parking. The building should be designed and constructed in a manner which matches the Owner's existing educational and administrative building as to both material and appearance. The Project Team will consist of the CM/GC Contractor and its subcontractors, representatives of the Owner, the Owner's Project Manager, Architect, and the Structural Engineer. The Owner has selected Gary Carenda Architecture to provide architectural and design services for the Project. A preliminary floor plan is attached hereto as Attachment K. SECTION III: SCOPE OF SERVICES This Scope of Services is intended to be a general outline of the work and not an all-inclusive description of the professional and construction services that may be required to undertake and complete the Project.
