Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Belleville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This work shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to construct the project in accordance with the plans, specifications, and provisions stated herein. Work to be performed under this contract shall consist of removing existing pavement, various removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter, ADA Sidewalk Construction, placing a hot-mix asphalt binder course and hot-mix asphalt surface course, placement of subbase granular material and aggregate base course, pulverizing existing oil and chip, placing a bituminous surface treatment and all other collateral work required to complete the work shown in the plans. Contractors that wish to bid must register as a plan-holder with Thouvenot, Wade & Moerchen, Inc., by emailing dchamberlin@twm-inc.com or pridall@twm-inc.com,. Failure to register may result in being disqualified for bidding. The Belleville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities and technicalities and further reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Any and all firms and/or persons entering into a contract agreement with the City of Belleville shall be subject to and required to comply with all applicable local, State and Federal requirements.
