Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Mankato, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,755-square-foot educational facility.

Conference Room 201-204 Renovation The project scope consists of approx. 2,755 SF of remodeling on the second level in the Centennial Student Union building. The Work includes but is not limited to: demolition; metal stud drywall partitions and soffits, hollow metal door frame and wood doors; glazing, window treatment, floor and wall finishes. Mechanical systems include an air handling unit, VAVs, duct work, and plumbing. Electrical systems include power, lighting, and low voltage for window treatment. MSU Mankato is responsible for the design and installation of AV/IT systems. The Contractor is responsible for the rough ins of power and raceways for the AV/IT infrastructure.
